This course covers the history and origins of wine making, a survey of wine geography, essential components of proper wine tasting philsophy and a final unit exploring the art of wine and food pairing. Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a digitally generated certificate which they can present to employers in the food and wine industries or include on a resume.
